Hey everyone, thank you for following this blog, I really appreciate it. I haven't updated for quite some time as I've been busy with my illustration grad year. I've also started using tumblr and I find it a little more comfortable than this platform.

The theme was Moulin Rouge. I really tried to play with the atmosphere of a gritty late 1800s french cabaret. The model was painted from life in studio for narrative class.

Sloth, one of the seven deadly sins is part of an unfinished series of pieces narrating a violent drama. Unfortunately I probably will not get chance to finish the series any time soon.

In light of this smidgen of free time I want to share some of this stack of pictures I've made over the past few months. I don't want to just dump them all, so I will show a few each day or so.

Short story for sci-fi literature class, people had the option of drawing instead of writing! I removed the written parts as not to make a fool of my self. If it doesn't make sense to you, you can call me and we'll talk about it.
